Spiraldesk is a web-based helpdesk that allows customer service departments to communicate seamlessly with other business domains, such as profit centers, locations, products, or brands. This holistic and centralized unit connects multiple disparate business units that have the same top management, so that users can monitor customer service verticals in each entity. All CRMs modules from different business units can also be connected. Tickets can be classified by brand, company, product, location, or client, and users can access each one through a web interface using custom ticket filters. Tickets can also be auto-tagged based on subject, content, customers, and more. Additional event-based notifications can be created with placeholders for each brand. Each user-defined brand also receives its own branded support portal.
